Founder

Therapy provides a long-term framework for navigating life’s challenges. You don’t need to have everything figured out before taking a step forward. We understand how overwhelming life can feel at times, but with the consistent support of an engaged, empathetic therapist, that weight can become manageable. As therapists, we believe that truly effective care begins with seeing the world through the eyes of our clients. While we welcome and care for individuals from all backgrounds, we are especially attuned to the distinct experiences of women and people of color. We welcome you to take the first step in your healing journey.

Mental Health Therapist, LACMH

Though we often struggle in silence, many of us face challenges or hardships in our lives that require more than just a brave face. It is not uncommon to feel stuck, burnt out, or simply at your wits' end when trying to juggle it all on your own. Through empathy and trust, we can work together to lighten the mental load you may be carrying. My experience with providing therapy to children helps me connect and heal the individuals still carrying trauma from their childhood. My goal is to offer a supportive, comfortable environment where healing and progress can flourish. I am especially passionate about working with domestic violence survivors.

I understand how overwhelming it can be when anxiety, grief, or major life transitions begin to interfere with daily life. Many of my clients express concerns like, “I’m not enough,” “What’s wrong with me?” or “I don’t recognize who I’ve become.” These questions often surface during periods of significant change and uncertainty. I am passionate about helping adults navigate these challenging seasons. I also work with adolescents (ages 12–17) who are facing identity exploration, academic pressures, anxiety, and difficulties in forming healthy relationships. Through a collaborative approach, I help teens build resilience, express their emotions more freely, and begin to define their own path forward. With adults, my work focuses on emotional regulation, self-esteem, life transitions, neurodivergence, and trauma recovery. My goal is to meet each client where they are—creating a space where they feel seen, heard, and supported as they move toward healing and growth.
